麻利 門色 尊美秋 – 破無明暗最勝炬
Ma rik mün sel drön me chok
It is the supreme lamp dispelling the darkness of ignorance,
སྡུག་བསྔལ་ནད་སེལ་སྨན་གྱི་ཕུལ།།
杜內 內色 門吉普 – 除苦惱病希有藥
duk ngel ne sel men gui pül
the best medicine to clear away the illness of suffering,
དམ་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ།།
當卻 棍秋 湯皆拉 – 一切妙法至寶前
Dam chö kön chok tam che la
in front of all the Supreme Jewels of Excellent Dharma,
ཕྱག་འཚལ་མཆོད་ཅིང་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆི།།
洽策 卻今 加蘇企 – 頂禮皈命奉供養
chak tsel chö chin kyap su chi
I prostrate, present offerings and go for refuge.

དངོས་བཤམས་གཟུངས་རིག་མོས་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས་སྤྲུལ་པའི།།
我相 松利 摩多 吉主貝 – 實設明咒勝解力化現
Ngö sham zung rik mö top kyi trül bey
Those actually arranged and those emanated from the power of dharanis, insight and devotion,
མཆོད་ཚོགས་ཀུན་འབུལ་སྡིག་ལྟུང་ཐམས་ཅད་བཤགས།།
卻措 棍布 迪敦 湯皆夏 – 薈供全供惡墮盡懺悔
chö tsok kün bul dik tung tam che sha
I offer all these accumulations of offerings.
དགེ་ལ་ཡི་རང་སྐུལ་ཞིང་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས།།
給拉 伊讓 固興 索哇迭 – 隨喜善行禮勸及祈請
ge la yi rang kül shin söl wa dep
I confess all faults and transgressions. I rejoice in virtues. I beseech and request, and
འདིས་མཚོན་དགེ་བ་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོར་བསྔོ།།
迪村 給哇 江秋 千波我 – 此等諸善迴向大菩提
di tsön ge wa jang chup chen por ngo
dedicate all virtues such as these to great Enlightenment.

དམ་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག་བདེན་པའི་བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས།།
當卻 棍秋 滇貝 今拉吉 – 妙法至寶真實加持力
Dam chö kön chok den bey jin lap kyi
Through the blessings of the truth of the Supreme Jewel of Excellent Dharma,
བདག་སོགས་དེང་ནས་ཚེ་རབས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ།།
達索 滇內 策拉 湯皆杜 – 我等此後一切生之中
dak sok den ne tse rap tam che du
from now on and in all our future lifes,
རྒྱལ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་དམ་ཆོས་མ་ལུས་པ།།
皆哇 棍吉 當卻 麻呂巴 – 所有佛陀無餘之正法
Gyalwa kün gui dam chö ma lü pa
may we all achieve the entire Excellent Dharma of all the Conquerors
རྒྱལ་བའི་དགོངས་པ་ཇི་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་གྱུར་ཅིག།
皆威 共巴 吉西 主久吉 – 願如佛陀密意得成就
gyel wey kong pa ji shin drup gyur chik
according to the enlightened intent of the Buddha.

江貝 加卓 洽納 多皆索 – 文殊救脫以及金剛手

Bodhisattvas Manjusri, Tranamukta, Vajrapani and
བདེ་གཤེགས་སྲས་པོ་སུམ་ཁྲི་དྲུག་སྟོང་གིས།།
迭協 色波 松企 主東給 – 三萬六千菩薩眷屬等
de shek se po sum tri druk tong gui
36 000 Sons of the Sugatas had asked
རྒྱལ་བའི་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐུལ་ཞིང་གླེང་བསླངས་ནས།།
皆威 土當 固興 連浪內 – 勸祈佛陀妙意啟白後
Gyel we tuk dam kül shin leng lang ne
Buddha please expose
མདོ་སྡེ་ཕན་ཡོན་ཇི་སྐད་གསུངས་པ་རྣམས།།
朵迭 遍雲 吉給 松巴南 – 如同經典所說諸功德
do de pen yön ji ke sung pa nam
the benefits as they were described in the Sutras དེང་འདིར་བདག་ལ་མངོན་དུ་གྱུར་བར་མཛད།།
滇迪 達拉 恩杜 久巴則 – 於今現前予我作利益
Den dir dak la ngön du gyur par dze
Please now manifest for my benefits
འཇིག་རྟེན་སྐྱོང་བ་སྡེ་དཔོན་བཅས་པས་ཀྱང་།།
吉滇 炯哇 迭奔 皆貝江 – 守護世間等諸護法眾
jik ten kyong wa de pön che be kyang
the Protectors of this world,
སྔོན་ཚེ་སྟོན་པའི་སྤྱན་སྔར་ཞལ་བཞེས་བཞིན།།
恩策 敦貝 間納 協協新 – 亦如往昔於佛前承許
Ngön tse tön bey jen ngar shel she shin
as in the past you promised in front of the Buddha
དགྲ་དང་གནོད་པ་ནད་རིམས་བཟློག་པ་དང་།།
札當 諾巴 內林 多巴當 – 遮止敵害障礙及疫癘
dra dang nö pa ne rim dok pa dang
to stop foes, harms, illnesses and epidemics,
ཐབ་རྩོད་ཀུན་ཞི་ལུས་སེམས་བདེ་བ་རྒྱས།།
他則 棍西 呂森 迭哇皆 – 止息鬥諍身心安樂增
Tap tsö kün shi lü sem de wa gye
To pacify conflicts and quarrels, to expend happiness of body and mind,
ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དབང་ཕྱུག་ནོར་འབྲུ་ཚེ་འཕེལ་ཞིང་།།
隆覺 汪秋 若主 策沛興 – 受用富裕財糧壽增長
long chö wang chuk nor dru tse pel shin
to increase wealth, power, crops and longevity,
བསམ་པའི་དོན་རྣམས་ཡིད་བཞིན་འགྲུབ་པ་དང་།།
三貝 敦南 伊新 主巴當 – 心所希願皆如意成辦
Sam bey dön nam yi shin drup pa dang
to accomplish all the wishes that were wished for and to always protect.
རྟག་ཏུ་བསྲུང་སྐྱོབ་གཡེལ་བ་མེད་པར་མཛོད།།
達杜 松久 耶哇 美巴則 – 恆常無怠予以作救怙
tak tu sung kyop yel wa me par dzö
Please act without indolence in conformity with your engagements.

嘎今 釀美 紮威 拉麻當 – 無比大恩之根本上師
Ka trin nyam me tsa wey lama dang
Root Gurus whose kindness is without equal,
ཤཱཀྱའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འཇམ་དབྱངས་ཞི་འཚོ་སོགས།།
夏皆 皆波 江央 西措索 – 釋迦佛陀文殊寂護等
sha kye gyel po jam yang shi tso sok
King of the Sakya, Manjusri, Santaraksita and so on,
ཟབ་མོའི་མདོ་འདི་ཕྱག་མཚན་བཞེས་པ་ཡི།།
沙摩 多迪 洽千 協巴伊 – 直接得此甚深之經典
Sap mö do di chak tsen she pa yi
I prostrate to direct and lineage Gurus
དངོས་བརྒྱུད་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།།
我居 拉麻 南拉 洽策洛 – 傳承一切上師我頂禮
ngö gyü lama nam la chak tsel lo
who perfectly received this profound sutra

ཉམ་ཐག་འགྲོ་རྣམས་སྒྲོལ་བའི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན།།
釀他 卓南 卓威 土皆間 – 救度苦難眾生大悲者
Nyam tak dro nam dröl wey tuk je chen
To the compassionate ones who liberate destitute beings,
བདེ་གཤེགས་བདུན་དང་ཐུབ་དབང་དམ་པའི་ཆོས།།
迭協 敦當 土汪 當貝卻 – 藥師七佛世尊及正法
de shek dün dang tup wang dam bey chö
to the Seven Tathagatas, to Munindra, to the Excellent Dharma,
འཇམ་དཔལ་སྐྱབས་གྲོལ་གསང་བདག་ཚངས་དབང་དང་།།
江貝 加卓 桑達 倉汪當 – 文殊救脫金剛手梵天
Jam pel kyap dröl sang dak tsang wang dang
to Manjusri, Santaraksita, Vajrapani, Brahma, Isvara,
རྒྱལ་ཆེན་གནོད་སྦྱིན་རྣམས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།།
皆千 諾今 南拉 洽澈洛 – 帝釋天王藥叉我頂禮
gyel chen nö chin nam la chak tsel lo
and to the Four Heavenly Kings and the yaksas, I prostrate.

Please forgive me for what I did not obtain, for what degenerated,
གང་ཡང་བདག་རྨོངས་བློ་ཡིས་ནི།།
岡央 達孟 洛伊尼 – 或因我愚惰
kang yang dak mong lo yi ni
or for whatever I did
བགྱིས་པ་དང་ནི་བགྱིད་སྩལ་གང་།།
吉巴 當尼 吉則岡 – 自作令他作
Gui pa dang ni gui tsel kang
or urged other to do out of stupidity.
དེ་ཡང་བཟོད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།།
迭央 索巴 則杜索 – 悉皆乞容恕
de yang sö par dze du söl
For this also, I request forbearance.

དུས་ངན་སེམས་ཅན་བསོད་ནམས་དམན།།
杜內 森間 索南門 – 惡時諸有情
Dü ngen sem chen sö nam men
In bad times, the merits of beings
མ་རིག་ཉོན་མོངས་དང་འདྲེས་པས།།
麻利 紐孟 當哲貝 – 福劣無明盛
ma rik nyön mong dang dre pe
are inferior and because they are infused with ignorance and mental agitations,
འཕགས་པའི་ཐུགས་དགོངས་མ་རྫོགས་པ།།
帕貝 土共 麻左巴 – 未滿聖深意
Pak pey tuk gong ma dzok pa
they do not complete the enlightened intention of the Mind of the Arya.
དེ་ཡང་བཟོད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།།
迭央 索巴 則杜索 – 悉皆乞容恕
de yang sö par dze du söl
For this also, we request forbearance.

སེར་སྣའི་དབང་གྱུར་མི་མཁས་པས།།
色內 汪久 米克貝 – 無智因慳貪
Ser ne wang gyur mi ke be
Because we lack discernment and are under the power of avarice,
མཆོད་པ་ངན་ཞིང་བཤམས་ཉེས་པ།།
卻巴 內興 相內巴 – 供品微薄過
chö pa ngen shin sham nye pa
we make poor offerings and arrange them in an incorrect way.
མགོན་པོ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེ་ལྡན་པ།།
棍波 土皆 切滇巴 – 既具大悲尊
Gön po tuk je che den pa
Lord and Protector, You who are endowed with great compassion,
དེ་ཡང་བཟོད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།།
迭央 索巴 則杜索 – 悉皆乞容恕
de yang sö par dze du söl
please also forgive us for this.

བག་མེད་སྤྱོད་པ་མ་དག་པས།།
帕美 覺哇 麻達貝 – 懈弛行不精
Pak me chö pa ma dak be
Because by negligence we had impure behavior,
མདོ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཆོ་ག་བཞིན།།
多雷 炯威 秋嘎新 – 乖違經儀軌
do le jung wey cho ka shin
we could not perform in conformity with the ritual from the sutra,
མ་ལྕོགས་འཁྲུལ་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ།།
麻久 出巴 吉企巴 – 不合如來旨
Ma chok drül pa chi chi pa
for all the mistakes whatever they may be,
དེ་ཡང་བཟོད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།།
迭央 索巴 則杜索 – 悉皆乞容恕
dé yang sö par dze du söl
please show forbearance.
.
ལྷག་པ་དང་ནི་ཆད་པ་དང་།།
拉巴 當尼 切巴當 – 重複及遺缺
Lhak pa dang ni che pa dang
Especially, for all the discontinuance,
ཆོ་གའི་ཡན་ལག་ཉམས་པ་དང་།།
秋給 煙拉 釀巴當 – 壞敗儀軌式
cho gey yen lak nyams pa dang
the missing parts of the ritual
བདག་གིས་བརྗེད་ངེས་ཅི་མཆིས་པ།།
達給 皆內 吉企巴 – 或復有忘失
Dak gui je nge chi chi pa
or for whatever I may have forgotten,
དེ་ཡང་བཟོད་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ།།
迭央 索巴 則杜索 – 悉皆乞容恕
de yang sö par dze du söl
please also show forbearance.
請佛入住法像
འདིར་ནི་རྟེན་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་ཏུ།།
迪尼 滇當 連吉杜 – 於此偕同所依像
Dir ni tèn dang lhen chik tu
Please also abide simultaneously in this representation
འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་དུ་བཞུགས་ནས་ཀྱང་།།
卓威 敦杜 修內江 – 為利有情而常住
dro wey dön du shu ne kyang
for the benefit of sentient beings and
ནད་མེད་ཚེ་དང་དབང་ཕྱུག་དང་།།
內美 策當 汪秋當 – 自在長壽無疾苦
Ne me tse dang wang chuk dang
perfectly bestow on us the absence of illness, longevity,
མཆོག་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ།།
秋南 雷巴 則杜索 – 祈請垂賜勝成就
chok nam lek par tsel du söl
power and what is supreme.
ཨྃ་སུ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།།
嗡 蘇札 迪察 巴紮 耶梭哈

Dedications
༈ །འཇམ་དཔལ་དཔའ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་མཁྱེན་པ་དང་།།
江貝 巴我 吉達 千巴當 – 文殊室利勇猛智
Jam pel pa wö ji tar kyen adang
Just as the fearless Manjusri did to attain omniscience
ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོ་དེ་ཡང་དེ་བཞིན་ཏེ།།
棍杜 桑波 迭央 迭新迭 – 普賢慈行亦復然
Kün tu sang po de yang de shin te
And in the same way that Samantabhadra, likewise, did too,
དེ་དག་ཀུན་གྱི་རྗེས་སུ་བདག་སློབ་ཕྱིར།།
迭達 棍吉 皆蘇 達洛企 – 我今迴向諸善根
De dak kün gui je su dak lob chir
Just so, to follow all of them and train myself,
དགེ་བ་འདི་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་བསྔོ།།
給哇 迪達 湯皆 拉杜我 – 隨彼一切常修學
Ge wa di dak tame che rap tu ngo
I perfectly dedicate these meritorious actions.

དུས་གསུམ་གཤེགས་པའི་རྒྱལ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས།།
杜孫 協貝 皆哇 湯皆吉 – 三時一切如來佛
Dü sum shek pey Gyalwa tam che kyi
In conformity with what has been praised as the supreme dedication
བསྔོ་བ་གང་ལ་མཆོག་ཏུ་བསྔགས་པ་དེས།།
我哇 岡拉 秋杜 納巴迭 – 迴向中之最勝者
ngo wa kang la chok tu ngak pa de
By all the Victorious who manifest themselves in the three times,
བདག་གཞན་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་འདི་ཀུན་ཀྱང་།།
達賢 給威 紮哇 迪棍江 – 自他所有諸善根
Dak shen ge wey tsa wa di kün kyang
I perfectly dedicate all the roots of virtues of myself and others
བཟང་པོ་སྤྱོད་ཕྱིར་རབ་ཏུ་བསྔོ་བར་བགྱི།།
桑波 覺企 拉杜 我哇吉 – 為利樂故做迴向
sang po chö chir rap tu ngo war gyi
To the accomplishment of excellent activities.

札西 棍吉 汪秋 炯滇迭 – 一切吉祥自在薄伽梵
Tashi kün gui wang chuk chom den de
May the auspiciousness of the Bhagavan, Mighty Lord of all auspiciousness,
བདེ་གཤེགས་བདུན་དང་ཐུབ་དབང་དམ་པའི་ཆོས།།
迭協 敦當 土汪 當貝卻 – 七善逝尊能仁與正法
De sgek dün dang tub wang dam bey chö
Of the Seven Tathagatas, of Munindra, of the Excellent Dharma,
འཇམ་དབྱངས་སྐྱབས་གྲོལ་ཕྱག་རྡོར་འཁོར་དང་བཅས།།
江央 加卓 洽多 擴當皆 – 文殊救脫金剛手菩薩
Jam yang kyap dröl chak dor kor dang che
Of Manjusri, Santaraksita and Vajrapani with all their retinue,
གནོད་སྦྱིན་སྡེ་དཔོན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག།
諾今 迭奔 南吉 札西修 – 藥叉護法等吉祥降臨
Nö chin de pön nam kyi ta shi sho
And of the chiefs of yaksas, spread everywhere.
