Mahamudra translate to “great seal”. It is a body of buddhist meditation practice from beginning insight to complete enlightenment. Maha means great, covering all phenomena in samsara and nirvana beyond concept and projection. Mudra refers to the experience of true reality as inseparable union of bliss and emptiness.
