Ngondro (ngöndro) is the preliminary practices that Vajrayana practitioners begin the path: 100,000 refuge prayers with prostrations, 100,000 vajrasattva mantras, 100,000 mandala offerings, and 100,000 guru yoga practices. The purpose is to accumulate merits, to purify and cleanse negative karma in order to have success in tantric practice.
加行是前行修持。通常金剛乘入門行者從修四加行開始:修持十萬遍皈依與禮拜、十萬遍金剛薩埵心咒、十萬遍供曼達、十萬遍上師瑜伽。
