Sambodhi, Perfect Enlightenment; 正覺; Tibetan: མངོན་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ (ngönpa dzokpé changchub); Wylie: mngon par rdzogs pa’i byang chub; Sanskrit: Sambodhi (桑博迪);
Sambodhi is the state of perfect awakening or enlightenment, free from ignorance and defilements. It is the ultimate goal of Buddhist practice, where one fully realizes the nature of reality.
正覺指圓滿的覺悟或成佛狀態，遠離無明與垢染，是佛教修行的終極目標，徹底了悟諸法實相。
This is an beta (testing) version of our Chinese / English / Sanskrit / Tibetan Buddhism popup dictionary system. We are still in the process of fine tuning the structure and layout of the system and resolving some minor issues.
