Dharmakaya, Truth Body, Reality Body; 法身、真實身 (卻固); Tibetan: ཆོས་སྐུ (cho ku); Wylie: chos sku; Sanskrit: dharmakāya;

Dharmakaya is one of the three bodies (trikaya) of a buddha in Mahayana Buddhism. It is the truth body of a buddha, the ultimate nature of a enlightened mind. It is pure, transcendental, blissful, eternal without specific, manifested aspect or physical form, beyond duality, space and time.

法身是大乘佛教三身之一，佛所證驗的真理，遍及法界，法身本來清淨，沒有形象，眼不可見，不生不滅、不增不減。

This is an beta (testing) version of our Chinese / English / Sanskrit / Tibetan Buddhism popup dictionary system. We are still in the process of fine tuning the structure and layout of the system and resolving some minor issues. As of spring of 2024, there are over 3,100 Tibetan terms and over 6,800 entries in all languages.
