Tibetan: དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ (dgra bcom pa)   Chinese: 阿羅漢/羅漢/ 應供
An Arhat is someone who has advanced along the path of enlightenment and has gained insight into true nature of existence but not yet reached full buddhahood.
In Sanskrit, the word arhat means honoured, deserving. Arhat is one of Ten Titles of the Buddha.
