བླ་མ་མཆོད་པ

Lama Chopa; 上師薈供; Tibetan: བླ་མམཆོད་པ (Lama Chopa); Wylie: bla ma mchod pa; Sanskrit: Guru Puja;

The Lama Chopa (guru puja) was first written down in Tibetan verse by Panchen Lozang Chögyen based in secret oral teachings. It is a detailed meditation on all the stages of the path to enlightenment, including making  offerings and requesting blessing from the lama or our guru.

It is normally practiced on each 10th and 25th of Tibetan calendar.

上師薈供是由班禪洛桑秋金根據秘密的口傳教義以藏文經文寫成的,對所有階段的詳細禪修,包括上師供養和祈求加持,通常在藏歷10日和25日舉行。
